Wanona is an urban designer, landscape architect designer, and city planner. She is a graduate of Auburn University (College of Architecture, Design, & Construction) and a certified Economic Development Finance Professional. Her 11 +year professional career is a combination of landscape architecture, systems design, community development, and innovative economic models to facilitate equitable revitalization programs through various collaborations and partnerships. Ms. Satcher was featured in Forbes Magazine and has written for the Huffington Post, participated in the Aspen Institute, Bloomberg Philanthropies National Innovation Program, Moogfest, Circular B Accelerator for Women Entreprenuers and was a Vanguard Top 40 Under 40 Vanguard through Next City. Wanona also serves as Project Manager for Chattachoochee Now- an Atlanta-based nonprofit.

Landscape Architect; Urban Farmer
Kevin is a licensed landscape architect, urban designer, urban farmer and Marine Corp veteran with a passion for design-build projects. With over 20 years in private practice as lead landscape architect and project manager, Mr. Hamak has designed both large and small scale development plans. A graduate of North Dakota State University Kevin has participated in a Congress for New Urbanism course at Harvard and has been a long-time supporter of the organization as well as the American Society of Landscape Architects. For six years he has served on boards for various community nonprofits in design and youth performing arts and has been a public speaker on urban farming at Duke University as well as a participant in aquaponics workshops through the Will Allen Growing Power organization. In addition to landscape architecture and planning Kevin is currently renovating residential properties in Atlanta, Georgia.

Reed is a 30-year residential and commercial real estate professional. His passion is affordable, urban residential and mixed-use real estate within a broader focus of community revitalization. With a background in finance Reed has experience in asset management and underwriting, Section 42 tax credit and Section 8 HUD affordable products, operating and capital budget analysis and proformas, real estate tax management, and project financial feasibility. He has worked in both corporate and private sectors and is currently focused on affordable housing development. Reed is a graduate of the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
